Our family hotel and restaurant, recommended in Marco Polo travel guide and Der Feinschmecker, has balconies with beautiful views of the lush gardens and of the longest castle in the world. The home tree, a 500 years old immense littleleaf linden, the salutary herbs, the "garden of five elements" and lots of flowers - everything around is maintained lovingly and gently. The roots of this hotel come from the tradition from which you will recreate in line with nature.
